“The city’s most nicely proportioned and elegantly finished residential Supertall”
Designed by American architect Robert A. M. Stern.
Built in 2017 - 160 Apartments - 65 Floors
220 Central Park South is an under construction, residential condominium skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, just below Central Park. Vornado Realty Trust is developing the tower project, which is expected to top out somewhere between 920 and 950 feet in height, making it one of the tallest residential buildings in the United States.
When finished in 2017, the two-winged skyscraper with its rare and direct Central Park South frontage will host 118 luxurious homes across 66 stories—and it will be one of the city’s most expensive residences.
